What Is Trivia Tuesday?

I started my day today with a jog on my treadmill.  It was the usual speed, incline etc. that I like to do, but I have no idea what it was about this workout!  I burned so many extra calories!  By the time I was done, my whole shirt was a shade darker as it was filled with sweat, my face was literally dripping with beads of sweat, and I felt like I had just taken a shower in a heavy thunderstorm!  Sorry for all the in-detail disgusting comments, but I had to share - it was one of the best workouts I've had in a while!  I felt so good, not tired at all when I was done (just out of breath), and completely buzzing.

Anyways, back to Trivia Tuesday....
If you've had a look at the Anikafitforlife calendar to the right, you've already noticed that today is Trivia Tuesday.  But what the heck is Trivia Tuesday?

Every week, I will post a trivia question related to health and fitness.  Throughout the week, you will have the opportunity to vote for the answer that you think is correct, and you'll get to see what other readers think as well.  Every Tuesday, a new trivia question will be posted and the previous week's trivia question will be answered and explained in the Trivia Tuesday blog post.

Since today is the first Trivia Tuesday, I cannot answer last week's nonexistent trivia question, but it gives me the chance to advertise the trivia questions of the week.  If you look in the column at the right of the page (3rd one down), you will be able to see and answer this week's trivia question. (NO CHEATING!)
